Bana Bana guarantees your jewelry to be free of manufacturing defects and you can wear it for a lifetime.

 

Warranty & Guarantee

  • We stand behind the high quality and craftsmanship of each piece we create. We offer a two-year warranty on all of our jewelry against manufacturing defects.
  • This warranty covers each item of fine jewelry for defects in manufacturing only. Manufacturing defects include missing pavé stones (0.02ct and under), loose prongs, loose diamonds, or clasp breakage. 
  • Within the first one calendar year of purchase, we will replace missing pavé stones (0.02ct and under) if we feel it is due to manufacturing defects. After one year of purchase, all missing pavé stones will be considered wear and tear and will be at the expense of the customer.
  • An annual complementary cleaning service is included for all of our jewelry purchases. Simply email us to give your jewelry an annual shine.

 

Please note:
  • This warranty excludes coverage for improper use, excessive wear, scratch, stretch, lost jewelry, tear, physical/accidental damage, loss of precious stones not due to manufacturing defects, improper cleaning, or storage.
  • This warranty does not include replacing missing center stone or pavé stones that are 0.02ct and above.
  • Any repair or alternating service performed by someone other than Bana Bana will void our warranty.
  • This warranty cannot be transferable. The service request must be originated from the original purchaser or owner who receives it as a gift.

Engagement Rings / Wedding Bands / 3D Personalized Pieces

We have curated a Lifetime Care Service for all engagement rings, wedding bands, and 3D Personalized pieces on top of our default warranty package. 

 

Additional Lifetime Care Service

  • A lifetime warranty. If there is any manufacturing defect of your item, send it back for an inspection and we will repair or replace it. Manufacturing defects include missing pavé stones (0.02ct and under), loose prongs, loose diamonds, or clasp breakage.
  • One complimentary resizing service for up to one full size up or down.
  • Annual inspection, prong tightening, cleaning, and polishing service that will get your gold sorted and look as good as new.

Insurance

We work with Jewelers Mutual Group to cover any accidental damage, stolen or loss of your jewelry. This is only for US customers. Add insurance to your purchasehere.
